"I booked this trip as a birthday present for my dad and we had a great time at SC Trophy Outfitters! Our guide Hunter worked hard to put us on the deer, we saw a ton of bucks and had deer around us the whole time. Thanks for the memories!
The people here are awesome, from the owner Mark to the guides, especially our guide Hunter...all top notch. Ms. Rhonda really stands out, you can tell she loves what she does and she kept us fed with some great meals each day. We did a three day hunt and the first day I saw 10 deer in the morning and 6 in the evening hunt. The next morning I shot a nice 9 point and that was the 9th deer I saw during that sit. The rest of the hunt was just as exciting, I didn't get another shooter in front of me but I always had deer around me...can't ask for a better time in the woods.
The main lodge area is well laid out with a central trophy room for lounging, playing pool, and eating meals together. The on site shooting range was very convenient to ensure you were zeroed prior to your hunt.
My only gripe would be the remote lodge needs some work, that's the only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars in this review. I was a bit worried when I read the reviews mentioning this but it's not as bad as some make it out. The house sits on a very nice piece of property only a few miles from the main lodge. It's an older farm house type of cabin and does need a bit of TLC. It does the job though...we slept there but spent the majority of the time either in the woods or hanging with the rest of the crowd at the main lodge. Don't let this scare you away or you are going to miss a great hunt."

"Thank you South Carolina Trophy Hunters for another amazing trip.. my dad and I been coming here for over 10 years... and every year is a great trip. Just hanging in camp ,meeting old friends and new ones.. talking hunting and fishing and laughing...The food is always great, and plenty to go around.. Mark the owner and guides do the up most best to get you game and help in any other way they can.. my dad is 77 years old ,guide help him with his gun and bag in and out of the stand... we don't always get game while were there cause it is hunting, we always leave happy and looking forward to the next year.... This place is top notch."

Going to a place to hunt and watching their family being involved in running it all was enough to make you feel at home. The guys we went with were an absolute blast and the hunting was good. If you’re looking for a great time and an at home atmosphere I wouldn’t wait any longer to get booked. Show up as stranger and leave as family! I’m already booked for 2025!"

"Chose to go on a four-day hog and buck hunt with my son in 2023. Out of all the other hunting outfits I've been to, the accommodations here were definitely the nicest.
They had a nice lady cooking all the meals. We enjoyed each meal. The last day was a seafood boil with crab legs shrimp and corn.
The guides were invested in making sure we had a good time and tried to place each of us in a better spot if we weren't happy.
We saw a good amount of animals and got several bucks and pigs.. Had to hold a couple of shots because we saw bucks that were only six points or less.
They rotated us through about 40 different stands, each one in a different environment. They got a lot of land to hunt on. I'm guessing thousands of acres.

She made sure we had the dates that worked for our schedule and helped out if we had any questions. When we arrived, we were greeted at our truck by our guide Hunter and he helped us get checked in. Hunter and his wife definitely made you feel welcomed the entire time. Miss Londa was the cook for our stay and I can’t explain how amazing the food was. Mark put us on some good deer and told us not to shoot the small eight because the big one was right behind it and he was right. Hunting was slow due the the weather being so hot but I could really tell that my guides were working hard to put me on a deer. With that being said the hospitality and food were great. They really make you feel welcome and I feel like I came away with a few new friends. So great time, good people, and good food. I recommend this hunt I had a blast."

Ms. Londa made every meal delicious and it was ready when you got back from hunting, and there always was plenty. I'd give it more stars if I could, by far my best experience with an outfitter. These guys have multiple settings where you can hunt from crop fields, to swamps, to hard woods, to cutovers this place has it all. The stands are super sturdy and well maintained, I am a big guy and I have no second thoughts about getting in any of them. The food is amazing and there is always more then enough for seconds. The lodge was clean and well kept. I've been there throughout different times of the year deer season, hog hunts, and turkey. I can honestly say that these guys really want you to harvest a nice trophy and there is more then enough game to do so. I will continue to go back every year until I can't hunt any more."

"Hunted here this passed December and WOW. This place is amazing. All 5 of us had an amazing time. The food was home cooked and amazing, lodge was well kept and very clean, and the guides did everything they could to put us on game. 2 of us killed our first hogs, my father shot his biggest 8 pointer, and the others missed. We already rebooked for next year."
